British supermodel Naomi Campbell has been announced as international ambassador for Magical Kenya, the official travel and tourism guide by the Kenya Tourist Board, and will help promote the African country as an ideal holiday destination, particularly after visitor numbers were badly hit by the coronavirus crisis.

Campbell met with Kenya's Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife, Najib Balala, to discuss the appointment over the weekend, and he commented 'We welcome the exciting news that Naomi Campbell will advocate for tourism and travel internationally for the Magical Kenya brand'.
